Family is right. All the staff are helpful and kind, they are part of our family. I am very comfortable there, and recommend them to anyone I come in contact with. They are wonderful with my high anxiety and spectrum children, and my very forgetful self. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate this practice.
Very kind and wonderful. I have bad anxiety from a dentist in another state but they quickly made me feel listened to and that is very important to me. I saw Dr. Mack but everyone I met and talked to were very kind and understanding.
I have always been pleased with my visits to Family Dentistry of Bellevue! It starts at the front of the office with Liz and Jen! They make me feel welcomed right away. They are both great at remembering me and things we have chatted about in past visits. Dr Mack is the best dentist I have ever been to. Being a military spouse has meant many changes in dentists with all the moving. My hygienist is Steph is the absolute best....kind, gentle, and very thorough. I recommend this office every chance I get!
I highly recommend Family Dentistry of Bellevue. The staff is absolutely amazing, each and everyone one of them were so kind and friendly. I also wanted to highlight on staff member Liz, up front, who selflessly offered up her OWN time slot and forwarded it on to me. It is very seldom nowadays to see those acts of kindness, because she did not need to. It goes to show they are willing to go above and beyond for those they serve. Kudos Family Dentistry of Bellevue, you should be very proud of your staff.
Courteous and kind staff prompt scheduling four appointments and skilled hygienists. Wonderful office. Been seeing Dr. Mack with my kids for 10 years now.
My first time at Family Dentistry and I must say from the initial call to make the appointment to the end of my appointment was a fabulous experience. The office staff, the dental hygienist and Dr. Wachter and his assistant were wonderful! My long time dentist retired, so now I have the opportunity to have Dr.Wachter as my new dentist.
I’ve been coming to see Dr. Mack for close to ten years and I don’t have one complaint! All of the nurses and receptionists are amazing and incredibly sweet. And Dr. Mack is always nice to chat with during my exam!

This was my first time visiting this office and my experience was an absolute dream. I typically hate the dentist but the receptionist, tech, and dentist all made for a very comfortable and pleasant time. I will definitely stay with this practice.
I've been here a few times now and the staff is always so friendly and does a really good job. The office is really nice too, with TVs to watch while they're cleaning your teeth both on the wall and the ceiling. I originally chose this dentist for the convenience of the location (and based on reading generally positive things online) and I'm happy I did since they've been great so far.
I just went in for my first appointment at FD of B and had a really great experience. Everyone was extremely pleasant, and I felt comfortable the whole time. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and I enjoyed talking with her. As soon as I got my paperwork done, they were ready for me to get everything checked out. My DH was extremely gentle, and fun to talk to. Dr. Mack was very professional, and answered my questions like he cared. I will be returning in the future.
Professional care. They answer my questions & ensure I understand proper care of my mouth & teeth. I appreciate their expertise care & knowledge. I've been referred out twice for things they found & wanted others to check.
